We were all very happy because the best dancer won. Everybody was cool and everybody had a character. Warren was great. I had a vested interest in Lance doing well because he's on tour with us. But he did go all the way to the finals. Brooke was the better dancer among those three and it was a fair result. Now we've had two seasons in a row where the best dancer won, which is unprecedented. I wasn't surprised that Lance came in third, actually. It is all fan base-related and I think that Warren had so many people voting for him. I think he created a bigger fan base for himself during the show because he's so funny and kind of cuddly-looking. His personality was very big.
Everybody keeps asking me who my dream celebrity on the show is for next year, and it is hard to say because every season I've been proven wrong. I think that Misty and I would have been in the finals if she hadn't gotten injured, but she wouldn't have originally been my pick. You never know how it will all play out. I think Warren might not have been Kym's choice to dance with -- on paper, he was the Master P character, but then they came in second. He's a great guy, and he had a lot of fun. It is all about how they develop and who they develop into during the season. We've been wrong before with our initial judgments in the beginning of the season. Before we started out this year, everyone thought that Toni Braxton was going to take it all. She was everybody's dream celebrity and she ended up not doing so well.
Tour isn't going yet. We start practicing soon and everybody has a couple of days off. I'm not nervous, just anxious to do it already. It is two and a half weeks from when we start rehearsing to when we go out on tour. Everybody is under the impression that we are like super-dancers. That we can just create a show in a day. But we can do it in whatever time we're given. No pressure. I'm just excited to start. There will be some surprise appearances by people, and we'll have fun with it.
