Since The A-Team premiered in 1983, the show has become a classic, with its iconic black van and its four distinctive characters. Now, with a feature film in the works for release next summer, director Joe Carnahan (Smokin' Aces) is trying to find people to play those four legendary roles. The roles of B.A. Barachus and Howlin' Mad Murdock are still up in the air, but Bradley Cooper is reportedly under consideration to play Faceman, and Liam Neeson is in talks to play Hannibal Smith! We're already excited by the news, and it led us to remember the real-life celebrities who joined the A-Team at one point or another. Here are the five who stood out, and one who almost joined the team for good.
Hulk Hogan
After Rocky III co-stars Hogan and Mr. T tag-teamed at the first Wrestlemania, Hogan teamed up with the rest of the A-squad to take down mobsters trying to close a youth center in the 1985 episode "Body Slam." Coincidentally, Dirk "Faceman" Benedict would make a wrestling movie with the exact same title the following year.
Boy George
How Boy George achieved the success he did in the 1980s, what with him getting confused with country music act "Cowboy George" all the time, we have no idea. We experienced total mind-melt watching the gender-bending synth-pop singer help the A-Team find a missing sheriff after getting booked to play a show in Texas by mistake.
Rick James
When Rick James is worried about you, you know you're in trouble. To help out his convict friend (played by Isaac Hayes!), James sneaks the A-Team into a corrupt prison as his roadies when he puts on a show.
William "The Refrigerator" Perry
Not only was the Fridge a member of G.I. Joe, he was also a member of the A-Team! At least, he seemed to know B.A. Baracus and returning guest star Hulk Hogan when they ran into each other at a hospital. We like to imagine he hurt his foot stopping an evil land baron with the guys.
Pat Sajak
Howlin' Mad Murdock may be howlin' mad, but he's howlin' good at wheel of fortune, and actually goes on the show and wins a trip to Hawaii. In between tapings, Murdock is kidnapped and forced to steal a Russian helicopter. Sajak has nothing to do with the helicopter plot, but I'm sure he would have helped, had he been asked.
Bonus: Tia Carrere!
Okay, so she wasn't playing herself, but in the Season 4 finale, the A-Team helped a general find his half-Vietnamese daughter, played by the young Wayne's World star, and after kicking all their asses (with the help of a clearly male stuntman) she helped them rescue her dad. Carrere was actually supposed to join the team full-time in Season 5, but the show was re-worked, and she was replaced with a male character -- probably because the regulars never liked having a girl on the show.

A bag is used to define a woman, even those who reject the importance of the presentation of a picture by his act of intentional object of the fashion for function. A Louis Vuitton Replica handbag is not just a small bag or large purse.

Hello, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, superb blog!
I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
