Season 4 has been the strongest season of The Walking Dead so far, particularly when it came to character development. (Who knew Carol had it in her?) But all good things must come to an end... even when those good things are a hopeless post-apocalyptic zombie wasteland.

While we all impatiently wait to discover who the next pair of true detectives will be on Season 2 of True Detective, we can get a fix with true-life detectives Kelley Siegler (a former prosecutor) and Yolanda McClary (a former crime scene investigator) as they re-open unsolved small-town murder cases.

It brings me no great pleasure to report that the The Raid 2 is to The Raid as Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was to the first Transformers: it's longer, flashier and bloated well past the point of tedium.

That was pretty sneaky, New Girl writers. You started off last night's episode "Mars Landing" with another rousing round of True Americans on purpose, didn't you? You taught us new rules to the game (if you invented the cotton gin, you have gin poured in your mouth) and gave us hilarious new shots...

It's pretty safe to say that Brooklyn Nine-Nine had a rather stellar first season. Not only was it the funniest new show on prime time thanks to its rapid-fire jokes and firing-on-all-cylinders cast (Andre Braugher was the MVP if the bunch), but it was the winner of Best Television Series -- Musical or Comedy...
