I Feel Inadequate Just Thinking About It: The new season of Work Out is getting set to premiere, and Bravo is airing a preview special today called Work Out 3: The Warm Up. I, for one, will be watching to see if Jackie managed to dump that fame leech Rebecca during the offseason. (Bravo, 8 AM and 7 PM)
Ethan Hawke -- The Attractive Years: Richard Linklater's Before Sunrise kind of shocked me with how good it was, particularly since it was from that period in Ethan Hawke's career when he was his most smarmy/cute. You don't think an hour and a half of talking can be brilliant, compelling, and moving, but this really is. (Cinemax, 8:30 AM)
This One's For Glark: Defend America against Commie bastards with Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, and Red Dawn. (AMC, 10:15 AM)
Your Friday Night Mindbender: Darren Aronofsky's The Fountain is half-brilliant and half-overambitiously silly, but it was one of my very favorite movies involving Hugh Jackman sitting in the lotus position. (HBO, 6:45 PM)
Skeet! Skeet! Skeet! Skeet!: Catch up with Jericho via a mini-marathon. You are now out of excuses for not having watched it, and you subject yourself to mass peanut-mailings if you don't. (SciFi, 8 PM)
Tonight's Good-Bad Movie: Saving Silverman is by no stretch a good film. But it sure can be a fun movie if you're in the right mood. Come for the Jack Black, but definitely stay for the Steve Zahn. (TBS, 9 PM)
Tonight's Good-Good TV Show: People, you really should be watching The Soup, even though Joel McHale does keep snaking me with the best American Idol jokes, damn him. (E!, 10 PM)
