Models, mayhem and a kernel of truth

America's Next Top Model: No meat bikinis this week. Instead one model gets a chance to strip naked for a photo shoot with a famed photographer... at least that's what they're telling her. (CW, 8 PM)

Big Brother: Either Chelsia or Sharon will be sent packing. Boo-hoo. I'm secretly hoping Sharon gets cut because it would be incredible to see Josh take down the entire house with his vengeful rampage. (CBS, 8 PM)

The Moment of Truth: More lying, more uncomfortably awkward moments between the contestants and their eagerly money-grubbing loved-ones. More chances for divorce. (Fox, 8 PM)

Top Chef: Mmm.... this show just makes me hungry. Tonight the cheftestants throw a fiesta and whip up some spicy mexican cuisine. Can't wait to see what the molecular gastronomist does with tacos. (Bravo, 10 PM)

South Park: The title is "Major Boobage," but apparently Kenny tries to kick a drug habit. God only knows what the actual plot will be about. Perhaps the boob tube? (Comedy Central, 10 PM)

Unbeatable Banzuke: This show is nuts. As crazy as Ninja warrior is, this one takes the cake with intense timed push-up competitions, handstand walking and insane barrel-rolling and see-saws. (G4, 9:30 PM)
