America's Got Scabies
There are some movies that I own on DVD and have watched eight hundred billion times and still, when they air on TV, I feel compelled to watch them. The Royal Tenenbaums (Comedy, 4 PM) is one such film.
You have all been waiting with bated breath ever since Tippi wrote about the American Film Institute's E!-like gimmick to select the ten best films in ten different American genres, right? So you will be vindicated by AFI's 10 Top 10 (CBS, 8 PM) show, featuring a star-studded group of announcers that likley no longer includes the recently popped Jessica Alba but will alledgedly boast Cuba Gooding Jr., Sigourney Weaver, Kirk Douglas, Jennifer Love Hewitt, James Woods, Gabriel Byrne and Sean Astin, all of whom need to get a life.
Tonight we are blessed with a new episode of America's Got Talent (NBC, 9 PM). Guess what I have to say to that? Nuh uh it doesn't!
Does anyone else out there have to change the channel or run into the other room yelling "LALALALALA!" loudly whenever that depressing as hell PSA with Noah Wylie talking about the polar bears comes on TV? I swear to god Noah and those drowning bears are the reason I started recycling again. Thanks a lot, Dr. Carter. Now I have to go watch Untamed and Uncut: Polar Bear Attack (Animal Planet, 9 PM) and hug my cat.
What's better than a fabulous gay who flips houses? Why, a fabulous gay who flips houses and suffers from raging OCD, of course! The new season of Flipping Out with aforementioned gay Jeff Lewis, whom I want to be besties with, premieres tonight. (Bravo, 10 PM)
Here is the thing about Tori Spelling and her hubby Dean: Despite wanting to hate them and think they're annoying and overexposed and gross, I think they're really likable and cute. So I will be watching the season premiere of Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood (Oxygen 10 PM) and appreciating Tori's pregnant bitchiness.
