For my money, the best joke in City Slickers (TV Land, Sunday, 8 PM) is when Patricia Wettig tells Billy Crystal his crappy birthday party "turned into a Bergman movie." You see, it establishes the characters as high-falutin' city types, while also setting up their dire need for a change in their lives. "If hate were people, I'd be China!" is pretty good too, though.
