Return of the gangsta
You look like you could use some Bea Arthur in your life. Hunker down for back-to-back eps of Golden Girls (Lifetime, 4 PM) and soak up the sage post-menopausal wisdom of Dorothy Zbornak and company.
Have you caught on that I love Gossip Girl (CW, 8 PM) yet? I know it's a rerun. What's your point? This episode features Nate and Chuck engaged in an age-old battle for the hand of a beautiful young lady, in this case, one Blair "Meester Meester" Waldorf. TV doesn't get any better than this, people.
Emeril Lagasse hosts a show called Emeril Green (Green, 8PM) on that eco-minded Planet Green channel. Sadly, despite his good works, I still find him intolerably obnoxious.
Doesn't the Dirty Jobs (Discovery, 8 PM) episode entitled "Vomit Island Workers" sound appetizing?
Ever wonder what a "gangster intervention" would look like? Wonder no more: tonight's episode of Intervention (A&E, 9 PM) tackles exactly that.
If you're taking medication for Restless Leg Syndrome, you're aware that the side effects include increased gambling urges. So you might want to steer clear of the new game show Wanna Bet (ABC, 9 PM), in which a random collection of celeb judges including Tom Green and George Takei make wagers on whether or not contestants will win a series of bizarre challenges. Come to think of it, you might want to steer clear of it regardless.
