House officially moves to Mondays tonight, where he can party with that other Fox crankypants Jack Bauer and make my Tuesday night viewing schedule a little less stressful, DVR tuner wise (seriously, why do they only have two tuners? I need like 9). Tonight's case is a man whose chronic and severe pain may just be psychological, and House actually identifies with a patient, because he too is crazy and in constant pain. So they deal with that.
In other news, Cuddy's shocked to find out that babies are rather demanding, and the foundation is laid for her upcoming (but temporary, don't worry) replacement as Chief Administrator by Cameron. Yeah, Cameron. Not that Cuddy is any good whatsoever at managing her staff or practicing medicine, but, I mean, Cameron? Oh well, at least they found something for her to do finally.
Foreman and Thirteen are still making out and trying to cure Huntington's (good luck with that) in the plotline nobody wanted that is sure to not go away anytime soon. Oh, and Lori Petty's still running around in this thing, A League of Their Own Fans. ("Why you gotta be so good?!")
And I ask you, what about Taub? I like Taub. I'd like to see more of Taub.

I like Taub too. Thirteen and Foreman I hope don't take up too much time each episode and I can handle it.
I'm trying to decide what to skip on my DVR come March. HIMYM isn't going anywhere. I either have to lose House or DWTS.
Monday => Gossip Girl anyway.
I let House down a season ago.. and read that Cameron is going to be in charge remind me that I was right.
It's good to see a Cameron spoiler. I for one am tired of the 13 show. I miss the original crew and miss how Foreman used to be.
I love Taub, too. He's almost like a second Wilson.
Well at least with Foreman and 13 together in scenes, I only have to hit fastforward half as many times. Hey, since they've got a ghost haunting another medical show, any chance they'll have ctb come back to haunt pptb? That's the extra cottage-member that I enjoyed the most.
I like Taub, and I miss the original team. That little bit of a story they gave Cameron and Chase in one episode tasted like crumbs, instead of a whole meal. They don't give these characters the time of day for most of the season, and then I'm supposed to still care about them when they finally do show up with the tiniest fragment of a story that barely contains any follow-through on established characterization or character develoopment? What's the point? Cut 'em loose, or give them something real. Otherwise, I really can't care anymore.
P.S. Apologies for the typo. That should be 'development,' not 'develoopment.' Me and my butterfingers. I clicked 'submit' before I noticed. Oops. *sheepish grin*
"I'm trying to decide what to skip on my DVR come March. HIMYM isn't going anywhere. I either have to lose House or DWTS."
Why make yourself choose? Do what I did and get an extra DVR!
I read that thing about Cameron too and well, Cuddy's never been the best administrator anyway.
I must say, watching reruns of House makes me so sad since I miss having only 6 character to follow instead of 9. I do like Taub and Kutner though. They make some really good funny moments. 13, not so much.
If DWTS stands for dancing with the stars, ditch DWTS
Gossip Girl, HIMYM, and Chuck were already giving me tough choices in this timeslot. Since GG rules all and Chuck and HIMYM are available on Tuesday online I guess I'll give in and DVR House, as it takes 8 days to show up on hulu.
You're absolutely right, Jill. House takes forever to watch online, and you might miss something if you haven't seen it before the next episode. I'm skipping Gossip Girl for now: there's always plenty of reruns when it's on a break. And to Karen: how could you choose Dancing with the Stars over House?!
P.S. I heart you Taub, you little adulterer you . .
Taub? What about Kutner/Kumar, the only guy who seems like he'd have a 'fun' backstory (and by fun, I mean incredibly tragic but at least more interesting than 'I cheated on my Wife'.
If only I didn't have to skip How I Met Your Mother to watch House...
I like Kutner, too. He's the only one that seems as smart as House--he's always figuring out something.
I'm dropping House without a second thought. They've ruined it. House is just too disturbed and creepy now. I used to like to laugh at him.
I am enjoying House, and I also am one of the few (at least on TWOP) who likes Foreman and 13. I suspect that storyline is going to become very interesting as Foreman tries to decide if/how to get 13 on the actual Huntington's medication. There goes his career.
House himself is becoming more complex even as he becomes more creepy. I don't think that a person can live in constant pain, continually pushing people away, without being affected by it.
I like Kutner, but have no interest in Taub. He's a bit of a jerk, and House is a big enough jerk for everyone!
