Tuesday, March 24, 2009: The Bad Girls Club

This show is signing off for the season (though next week promises a lively reunion with Perez Hilton and everything), and while no one on it this season was nearly as fabulous as last season's Tanisha, at least the queen of mean did make an appearance to share her knowledge with the wannabes. I can't even justify why I watch this show. I mean, Rock of Love I defend because it is just freakin' hysterical (and there's the surprisingly sweet Bret). Real World/Road Rules Challenge or Real World proper I can explain because I've been watching them forever so therefore I can't stop myself. There's no real defending Bad Girls Club. I guess some people like to watch the bitchy rich women on Real Housewives, I just prefer the trashy lowbrow gals on this show instead. To-may-to/To-mah-to.

In the finale, it looks like the girls (mostly Sarah) have to deal with the repercussions from their trip to Mexico. Basically, Sarah has to explain to her boyfriend Noah why she brought some hot beach boy into her hotel pool for a wet and wild adventure when she went south of the border. The usual. The rest of the girls seem too busy themselves with trashing the mansion. Complete with turning the chandelier into a piƱata and spray painting the walls with their own unique pop art. Yeah. I hope the production company got really good insurance before they rented out this place.

So if you like to see drunk, skanky girls smashing stuff up and screaming at each other, tune into Oxygen tomorrow at 10 PM. It sort of makes up for not having Farrah or Ashley on Rock of Love any more. If you'd prefer something a little bit classier, check out our week in preview.

And if you haven't been watching the show, check out our Bad Girls Blog. Amber M. and Tiffany certainly have lots of opinions on things.

Why does it seem that the girls are so immature? Tiffany is my favorite. She is the only one that is real. I realize these girls have issues and probably stem from thier child hood but a lot of the conflicts don't even make sense. Alieh is a instigator - I think everyone should gang up on her. She is the real problem.

Aleih is the worst.. She is scared of everyone and tries to keep everyone focused on each other to keep the focus off of her. She needs to get her shit straight plus she never admits to the things she says. Kayla, is too defensive. Sarah is cool and just looking to have a good time - Ambers are cool....they are also just wanting peace and have a good time. Whitney is unstable and is all mouth and trying to hard to look like a bad ass but shows insecurities. She also never owns up to the things she does. She & Aleih are least on my list. the order in my book is Tiffany (most mature), Amber's (honest), Sarah (fun girl), Kayla (ok, just a bit too aggressive for no reasons-insecure) And I don't even have Whitney or Aleih on my list. I don't like either of them.

And, to review, TWOP doesn't recap this show because why again?

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
