PJ and Bobby are shy about telling the world that they are dating... because PJ's pals aren't exactly kind to her boyfriends... even if they are part of the family. So they go on stakeout and even ask Stephanie to help them out. And there is the most ridiculous subplot ever about the guys having a mustache-growing competition.

I saw this episode a few weeks ago, before speaking to the show's star Jordana Spiro, and it really reminded me of what I liked about this show: the dynamic between these friends, just hanging out and being way too invested in each other's lives. Except for Andy, who remains comfortably out of the fray and just comes around to crack jokes and sleep.
