May sure is a sad month, isn't it? Everything goes away! And The Big Bang Theory is no exception, as its awesome second season comes to a close tonight. The boys decide to take a job working at the North Pole all summer, which is insane, because while I know only scientists live there and none of them look like Kurt Russell in The Thing (save the comments; I know The Thing was set at the South Pole), can you imagine Sheldon and Wolowitz trying to brave extreme temperatures?! They'll die!
Understandably, Penny freaks out about her only friends and live-in IT service being gone all summer and apparently she and Leonard are going to further discuss dating each other, like that relationship would ever work. I know the show has always been leading up to them getting together and while I don't think Leonard deserves to pine after this unrequited love forever, I like them better as friends. Plus the meathead jerks she dates are funny. I would miss them!
But of course, either way it goes between them, this show will still be one of the funniest on TV and miraculously people are actually watching it, so we are definitely getting a third season. A rare relief these days indeed. I already can't wait for Fall!

I just started watching this season but it quickly became one of my favorite shows on tv! This entire cast just blends together so well and they never fail to make me laugh out loud every Monday night.
I liked this show from the beginning, and one of the most fun things about enjoying a new show is watching it, over time, really find it's groove("Chuck", "HIMYM",). So many shows lose their way(yes you "Heroes") and you hate to watch them flounder.
This show has been a great addition to my must-see schedule, and I can't wait to see it next year either.
I agree, "Big Bang Theory" is an awesome show. I've missed the last couple of episodes, but what I've seen of S02 has been really great. I'm definitely looking forward to a third season.
Let's hope TWoP doesn't start recapping it. They'd probably put Jacob on the case (or resident "nerd" Zach Oat, lawl), and he'd analyze it into the ground until he decided he couldn't stand the characters anymore and had to rage quit.
I found this show just before the second season started, and I have to say, I love it, sosososo much! I used to watch it at work in down time but had to stop, because I couldn't keep from laughing out loud. The cast goes together PERFECTLY, and every joke hits hilariously.
What did Penny say after she closed the door?
She said "I wish you werent going" but what did sheldon keep saying when he made a joke?? I cant member!!!
Sheldon said "Bazinga!" after making his jokes.
