Jurassic Park: The Series is back! I kid, really, because the show is not at all like Jurassic Park. Mostly because the dinosaurs in question aren't wandering around some remote island -- they're in and around densely populated Londontown. (Also, they came through time portals rather than being created in a lab, but that's neither here nor there.) The show's paleontology strike force researches and investigates a new prehistoric creature's appearance every week -- think of it as Buffy the Dinosaur Slayer, except Buffy and Xander are a couple and Giles is Scottish. Plus, it's about to get re-made as a big-budget Hollywood picture, so get in on the ground floor! Well, the third floor, at least.
The team faces some freaky, obscure dinos this season, including one that looks like a dragon and one that looks like a crocodile-headed Egyptian god. That's right, fools, it's a Lost tie-in! You'd best watch, in case Jacob makes a cameo. And since last season ended with the death of Stephen (he went on to guest-star on Krod Mandoon) and the team's betrayal by Helen, that means that the show needs some new cast members! Benjamin Button's dad joins the show as a cop, and sexy Footballer's Wife Amber plays an archaeologist. Meanwhile, Professor Henshall is still delightfully Scottish, and S Club 7's Hannah Spearritt is still prancing around in her underwear as often as she used to. We hope.

I caught the season finale last night by chance on BBC and was hooked. It's actually a very good and entertaining show. And I love how yummy all the guys are!
