It's all about giving ladies who are over 35 a chance at a modeling gig, and some of these women are outright gorgeous and most of them have stories about how they focused to much on careers and families and didn't shoot for their dreams. It was a refreshing change of pace from the Top Model girls who are always like 19 and prone to stupid catfights about food or telephone usage. Sure there is still some drama (with a resident wacko and everything!) but it's a bit tamer and offers up an interesting perspective on things. I do worry that, like I do with most TV Land originals, my interest will wane as it goes along (and Big Brother monopolizes my life), but for now, I'm interested enough to set up a season pass on my TiVo, so that's something. Hopefully it will be able to tide me over until Top Model's season of the shorties starts in the fall.
