Personally, I'm a Travel Channel junkie (I especially love Anthony Bourdain, and Man v. Food's Adam Richman), so I'd probably watch any show that they put on, but given that I'm already a fan of Zimmern's this one seems like it will be added to my regular viewing schedule. I do mostly like seeing him swallow down gross looking things, but his devil may care attitude and willingness to try anything once is just to the sort escapism I like in this sort of television show.

The new show debuts tonight at 10 PM (set in Cuba!) on Travel Channel, and if you haven't watched Bizarre Foods before, set your DVR for Sept. 30th, when they are running a marathon of unappetizing cuisine.
