I've seen the next few episodes, and I'm as thrilled with them as you'd imagine, but you know what's going to get really annoying pretty quickly? A lot of the songs, because of the production schedule, are pretty stale. Episode four is fantastic and hilarious, but the whole thing revolves around Shane Mercado-esque "Single Ladies" dance parodies. See what I mean? And there are a lot of things like that. Tonight, for example, they perform "Gold Digger," and I'm sure you recall that their competition sang "Rehab," the most overplayed song in the history of overplayed songs, in the pilot.

But that's really my only quibble, and it's far from a dealbreaker. This show is awesome and I hope it lives forever. New episodes start at 9 PM tonight on Fox.
