There are a lot of options for avoiding your family on Thanksgiving. There's a plethora of football games, the National Dog Show, that Beyonce special and my personal favorite annual tradition... The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I love the parade and the balloons (and even got to carry a few in the past), but still, the best part of this is getting out of the cooking duties. It's for everyone's benefit really. Oh, and I love seeing the news anchors freeze as they try and look positive while announcing the 500th marching band walking by, or making the latest Disney channel star sound like they are the hottest thing ever as we watch them lip-sync whatever their latest song is.
The parade airs on NBC and CBS starting at 10 AM, the main difference being who is hosting. Matt Lauer, Meredith Viera and Al Roker are on tap for NBC while some people named Dave Price and Maggie Rodriguez host the CBS version. Seems like a no-brainer. On the other hand, Jamie Kennedy is supposedly reporting on something for CBS, which should be good for a laugh.

Was it me or did Jamie Kennedy look like he was extremely drugged up or hung over or something?
okay, i like the macy’s day parade and all but i would like it more if i could actually watch the parade.the whole entire time i don’t get to see the interesting things like the floats and balloons because all the people i don’t care about at all are talking too much. hence, i would like to see the actual parade party instead of stupid reporters run their mouths for five hours.
I agree with Hew Frost.
Its been a few years since I've watched the Macy's Parade. Many of us have family members in the many High School bands participating in the parade.
If I want to laern how to bake pies I'll watch the Food Chanel.
If I want to see a Carrie Underwood concert I'll go to one. Bring back the old parade coverage--less views of the comentators and more visual of the parade.
How do we get the CBS Execs. to change the setup?
If you are willing to buy real estate, you will have to receive the mortgage loans. Moreover, my father commonly utilizes a small business loan, which seems to be really rapid.
