Tonight, V ends its first season nearly as hollow and uninteresting as it was when it began it. I know it was a surprise to no one, but it's really a shame FlashForward lost the ABC renewal game to V. FlashForward was a cluttered, unfocused mess, but FlashForward was still a much better show than V.
The finale preview shows the Fifth Column mounting up for war against the Vs (yes, some more), and Ryan choking Anna in what is probably a dream sequence because that's too awesome to actually happen. Well, it could happen. Maybe this show will go crazy and have some exhilarating, action-packed finale that will somehow magically make me care about any of these soulless characters, but I know better. This ain't my first time at the shitty show finale rodeo, you know?
V's finale airs on ABC tonight at 10 PM, opposite new Parenthood, The Good Wife, Justified and Deadliest Warrior (Nazi SS vs. Viet Cong!!!). Also The Hills, The City and 9 By Design, if you like that sort of thing.

I'll take this over Flashforward any day.
V has gotten progressively better as the season continued. Can't wait for the finale tonight!
How's FlashForward better? The whole earth's destiny relying on whether or not Boringlivia cheats on her husband and fugly rings that prevent people from seeing the future, while Janice and Mark fly around the world to insult people in other nations?
I could not agree more with the 3 previous posts. Flash Forward has spent too much time focused around Mark and his wife and not enough time on interesting storylines like Frost. There are too many annoying characters on Flash Forward while V only has one, Jack.
V needs Marc Singer!!! HE CAN SAVE THEM!!!
What the first four posts said better than I could.
If only one could be renewed I'd have preferred Flashforward, but V's ok most of the time.
