On the other hand, this show has bounced back from cast departures (and cancellation threats) before. Megan Mullally has been the perfect replacement for Jane Lynch this season, and I for one never thought I could love her in anything after those awful butter commercials. And if Season 3 does happen, the show could certainly benefit from the reduction in Henry-and-Casey's-shitty-relationship storylines that Adam Scott's absence would ensure. Though I'd gladly put up with a million of those often excruciating scenes to get more of this show. C'mon, Starz! You're Starz! You're never going to get huge ratings out of anything, not even softcore porn! Renew Party Down! Don't make me send 12 tons of pink bowties to your offices.

Party Down airs on Starz tonight at 10 PM, but if you can't watch or DVR it, Netflix will stream it as will the Starz website. But either way -- giving it a digital spin might help the show's chances if you don't have a Nielsen box, so maybe stream it anyway no matter what.
