The winner tonight seems like a fairly forgone conclusion. I mean, once Kent was cast into the Top 11, he was pretty much a lock. Unless there's an influx of heterosexual male voters who suddenly decide that Lauren is hot, then really, this is Kent's prize to lose. Sorry, Robert. I love him, but him winning seems like an impossibility.

Nigel also mentioned something about NASA tonight, and by that, I can only hope that he means that he put Dom and Jose in a rocket together and shipped them off to outer space. That also seems unlikely. I'm also skeptical about someone other than Alex doing the awesome Alex hip hop dance. So tonight really could be just a total trainwreck as they try and fill time/sell tour tickets until they finally crown Kent the winner. Doesn't mean that I won't be glued to every single minute of it, just mostly that I'm sad that Alex the Amazing isn't there to actually give Kent a run for his money. He'd better be back next season... for my sake.

Nigel fulfills his duties on his day job before he heads over to try and fix Idol tonight at 8 PM. It's a two-hour capper though, so set your DVR accordingly.
