This new show is set in Prohibition-era Atlantic City, and Steve Buscemi is at the center of the action as basically the man you want to get in touch with if you want to gamble or get a drink or do anything else of an illegal nature. Michael Pitt is his young protege who just got back from the war. Even though gangster shows and movies aren't my particular cup of tea, this is extremely well executed and kept me intrigued enough to watch the first season.

Catch it on HBO at 9 PM, but it will run over, so make sure to adjust your DVR accordingly so you get both that and Mad Men.
