Being the lovely little network that they are, FX decided to bring SOA back early in September, rather than make us wait until like the 20th or whatever like most everybody else is for our favorite shows. We already loved them, but that's still a nice thing to do. So the show returns tonight and I have seen it, but while I'll leave spoilers out, you should know a couple things.
The episode is slow. Like, really slow. It moves at a glacial pace until the very end, at which point it becomes the kind of awesome we're used to. So just stay your frustration and wait for that payoff -- it's worth it. And rest assured that in between the plodding there is one gruesome act of crazy ass Gemma violence. Ahh, Katey Sagal bloodying people. It's like coming home.
Sons of Anarchy Season 3 premieres on FX tonight at 10 PM. If you were planning on watching Covert Affairs, America's Got Talent or The Rachel Zoe Project (all of which are airing against it) instead, you... shouldn't do that. What's wrong with you! SAMCRO is back!
