Last week was Fringe's first Friday night outing, and the ratings were... pretty OK, actually! OK enough to keep the show from being canceled if they stay there, so please, do try and bug your friends with Nielsen boxes to watch tonight's episode, preferably within the first 24 hours, particularly if they are between the ages of 18 and 49. If they're older or younger than that then just stop being friends with them. According to advertisers, they're not even people!
In tonight's episode, we get back to the big picture, with Walternate's doomsday weapon coming back into the story, and Peter activating it just by looking at it, basically. This is all very scary for everyone, so the Fringe team scrambles to understand Peter's relationship to the weapon in time to save us all from annihilation. Can't wait to see how this not only saves humanity but also ends up furthering Walter's strawberry milkshake research. Science is full of surprises!
Fringe airs on Fox tonight at 9, opposite Supernatural. Be a pal and watch both, will you? DVRs are your friends!

Definitely going to watch both, on my PVR. Because we're in the 2000s, not 1990s.
Actually, no one will be watching Supernatural tonight because the CW pushed it back to next week in favor of playing Thursday's episodes of Nikita and Vampire Diaries.
Also, because they hate the people who do watch their network.
