Meredith and Lexie's alcoholic father, Thatcher Grey, (Jeff Perry) makes a return to Mercy West and if that alone doesn't piss them off, perhaps his new, significantly younger love interest will. Their father robs the cradle with a character played by soap star Alexa Havins, who he met and fell in love with at an AA meeting and is closer in age to his daughters. Speaking of cradles, Callie may be pregnant with Mark's baby after they slept together for the hell of it. To make matters more awkward, Callie's ex-girlfriend Arizona goes to Mark for advice on how to get back together with Callie. Felicity's Scott Foley guest stars again as Henry, whose new wife Teddy has to make a major decision for him during his surgery. But the real cameo highlight of this episode is by My So-Called Life's Wilson Cruz, who is about to get married when his partner is involved in a serious accident and of course, rushed to Mercy West. Hasn't our 90's gay BFF Rickie already had a tough enough life without this?
