Anyway, there are some pretty people on it, and they try and save lives in a teeny town at a medical clinic without all of the convenient supplies and tools that the hoity-toity docs at Seattle Grace and Oceanside Wellness take for granted. The staff is mostly doctors who have something they are trying to run away from, and will involve all the romantic entanglements you've come to know from a Shonda show, with hopefully 100 percent less ghost sex. I'm mostly excited about this show because it has Caroline Dhavernas (of the late great Wonderfalls) and Zach Gilford (formerly the heartbreaking Matt Saracen on Friday Night Lights). For those two alone I'll watch religiously, though the Twi-hards out in the world will probably be more excited about Rachelle Lefevre.

This new series debuts tonight on ABC at 10 PM, up against some Top Chef:All-Stars. Watch one, tape the other, because fingers crossed, this could be the week that Jamie finally gets eliminated.
