Eleven teams return to The Amazing Race tonight, and according to this season's promos, they all have "Unfinished! Business!" Which is true for some of them, like Amanda and Kris, who got screwed on a Blind U-Turn by Margie and Luke, or Kisha and Jen, who got screwed by Jen's bladder, but some of them just didn't win their seasons because... they got lost? Of their own doing? Eh, a gimmick's a gimmick, and all-star seasons of any show are just too exciting to nitpick on the first episode. I'll let the stupid title go.
CBS was kind enough to send us a screener of the premiere, and barring anything spoiler-y, I can tell you that it was a really fun watch. Jaime of Jaime and Cara was already screaming at her teammate and being hateful halfway through the first leg, and Mel and Mike were still their wonderful, brilliant selves, but I particularly liked Zev and Justin, who surprised me by being even more awesome than I remembered them in one instance. Also, they have to go underwater and Vyxsin's eyebrows wash off. That's entertainment.
The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business premieres on CBS tonight at 8 PM, opposite pretty much nothing. Go Mel and Mike!

I can't wait to see if the Globetrotters bring back their can't-fail strategy of overcoming challenges by not trying.
Thank you, Mindy, for the lack of "Somebody please sneak up behind Luke and bash him with a steel chair" that Angel provides.
Reedo . . . that was one time. And given the nature of that Roadblock (having to fill out a lond-winded application along with the answer) and the fatigue, I can't say that I hate Big Easy for folding up shop and hoping one of the other teams got hung up.
Could somebody tell me which cheerleader is which? I keep forgetting. Another potential probnlem is that the Cowboys aren't quite that fond on gay people, as evidenced in reports from the TAR16 finale after-party (which happened before TARCon). But seriously, I hope all the teams are on their best behavior.
Two times now. That must have been a hell of a flight to get Killer Fatigue on the FIRST LEG.
what happened why some of them were still on the race??? ist because they cheated
It could have happened to any team. And if Zev & Justin hadn't fed them cthe clue, they still would've gotten it before the Cowboys.
Good episode. Once again: hoping for a good season.
Jason/whomever - Any links to the reports about the Cowboys? I had an inkling, but nothing concrete.
