Juuuust kidding! (But not at all!) Any way, it's the tenth anniversary of the CMT Music Awards, a show where the winners are determined by fan votes. It's promising to be "the biggest, loudest, most rockin' party in country," and if it's any indication that they're following through on that promise, Kid Rock is hosting. Also on the roster: a cheesy-as-it-sounds cold open involving Shania Twain and Taylor Swift reenacting Thelma & Louise, performances by Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, and Sugarland (to name a few), and appearances by Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina, as well as Kristin Chenoweth, Sara Evans, Sheryl Crow, and Justin Bieber (groan). The highlight should be the much-anticipated Big & Rich performance -- it will be their first televised one together in three years.
