Gail Simmons, Johnny Iuzzini, Hubert Keller and Dannielle Kyrillos are back to judge, and according to the show's official site, challenges will involve "fairytale showpieces and edible room décor to high-class gingerbread houses and carnival delights," with guest judges including: the Beastie Boys' Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz, the cast of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, renowned Pastry Chef Francois Payard and acclaimed chef Cat Cora.

Honestly, after the awesomeness that was Top Chef: All-Stars, I'm pessimistic that I'll ever enjoy another installment of any Top Chef nearly as much. But if tonight's episode is any indication, this will be a painless way to finish out the summer... unless, of course, you're Seth Caro, in which case, I imagine everything is just extremely stressful all the time. Yikes.

Season Two of Top Chef Just Desserts debuts tonight at 10 PM on Bravo, opposite the season finale of The Challenge on MTV.
