Don't expect this to be anything like the slow jam news Williams does with Jimmy Fallon or his guest stints on 30 Rock, however. Rock Center is a more serious broadcast, an "antidote" to broadcast news, including Nightline, according to correspondent (and former Nightline anchor) Ted Koppel. Tonight's stories will include Kate Snow's investigation of Chinese women that give birth in the U.S. for citizenship, Harry Smith reporting on a location in the U.S. where everyone has a job, and a Richard Engel report from Syria. (Guess we won't be seeing correspondent Matt Lauer fangirling over any of his interviewees anytime soon.)
