I usually think all-stars episodes (or, in many cases, seasons) are pointless and annoyingly pandering, but in the case of Extreme Couponing, I am just really very excited.
I guess "excited" may sound like a strong word, but this show is crazy and has changed me as a TV viewer and person. I used to think it was impressive if someone saved $100+ on groceries that they will probably never use, but now I think it is lame and disappointing if they save under $500 and if they owe more than $10 at the end. And in Extreme Couponing: All-Stars, I'd be surprised if between Faatima and Carla, one of them doesn't somehow get money back by the end of the shop -- I've seen it happen!
Extreme Couponing: All-Stars is on tonight at 10 PM on TLC (and is also technically the show's Season 3 premiere).

This is the sort of show where, if people were to tell me they watch it and enjoy it, I would give them a blank smile and mentally make a note to drop contact with them.
Craig, I feel the same way when people tell me they can't wait to see the next episode of whatever is on MTV or E!.
While I agree that the people on this show have serious issues, I will say that watching an episode makes me more likely to clip coupons and bargain shop (on a reasonable scale, I mean).
