If you loved Project Runway when it was on Bravo and hated it when it moved to Lifetime, do I have some good news for you!
Well, okay, to be clear, Project Runway is staying on Lifetime and everything, but the majority of the designers returning for All Stars were from the O.G. seasons (1-5) of the series. You can check out all of the contestants here, but I'll save you the trouble and confirm that fan favorites Austin Scarlett and Mondo Guerra will be participating. It's also worth mentioning to viewers of Bravo's The Fashion Show that Isaac Mizrahi will be judging (along with designer Georgina Chapman). And Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles will be filling Tim Gunn's shoes while supermodel Angela Lindvall fills Heidi's.
Project Runway All Stars premieres tonight at 9 PM on Lifetime, opposite winter debuts of Grey's Anatomy on ABC and The Secret Circle on The CW.

What? WHAT?? Overload of information here. Delightful that PR is starting again and awesome to have an all-star season, but.. no Heidi and Tim means it might be a hollow shell of its previous seasons.
Will Canadians be able to watch it tonight? I am tired of not being able to watch PR or Top Chef until months later. You Tube and Hulu won't let us watch it either. What is the point?
I actually like the idea of using different judges for the All-Stars, but I don't see the point of Project Runway without Tim Gunn.
People who talk about Lifetime "ruining" PR are idiots. Bravo? Yeah, there's a class act for you. The network of "Real Housewives" and assorted other "candid" reality bullshit. Nothing is worse than elitist fools whose elitism is unwarranted.
I wasn't a huge fan of Isaac on The Fashion Show, but then again I'm not a huge fan of Michael Kors on Project Runway, so it's a wash. I'll miss Tim, but I'm happy to see the return of Austin Scarlett and Rami Kashou. Should be a fun times, even if Kenley and Sweet P (grow up and get a name) are there.
Think what you will about the different chanels, but PR on Bravo was better than PR on Lifetime. That's just a fact.
Not sure we will be watching with the same zeal as before, if in fact we follow it at all. Some people can not be 'replaced'.
Kenley UGH!
Sweet P VERY NICE, BUT IN OVER HER HEAD
Kara TOO NEGATIVE
Jerrell TOO FULL OF HIMSELF
New Hostess - UGH
Isaac Mizrahi - UGH UGH
Where are Heidi and Tim?
As a fellow fashion enthusiast, I have to say that this article is great to read and was well worth the read. I'll be subscribing/following and waiting for more articles similar to this one for sure. This blog has a great author and I hope they continue to write!
