Essentially Celebrity Rehab (even including the same producers) with relationships, minus the insufferable Dr. Drew. Host Dr. Jenn Berman sounds painless enough in the show's supertrailer, which reveals a cast so amazing, this show sounds like an ultimate bad reality star fantasy for me (and to be clear, I have to guesstimate the actual relationships between these people):

Bachelorette/Bachelor/Bachelor Pad legends Kasey Kahl & Vienna Girardi

Linda Hogan (the Hogan Knows Best matriarch) & fiance Charlie Hill, who is 30 years her junior and used to "date" her daughter

Rapper and Ruff Ryder DMX & estranged wife Tashera Simmons

Jersey Shore's Angelina "Kim Kardashian's Garbage Bags of Staten Island" Pivarnick & Chris Nirschel (The Next Food Network Star)

The eight-episode first season debut of Couples Therapy airs tonight at 9 PM on VH1, opposite the series premiere of Bent on NBC.
