In tonight's Season 8 finale -- entitled "Flight" -- Mark, Derek, Meredith, Cristina, Arizona and Lexie work to help each other while fighting for their own lives. Meanwhile, Bailey and Ben are making one final relationship decision, Teddy is presented with a "tempting offer" (aren't we all) and Richard is planning a big ol' celebration for the residents... the ones who are still around, anyway.

The Season 8 finale of Grey's Anatomy is on tonight at 9 PM on ABC after the series finale of Missing at 8 PM and before the Season 1 finale of Scandal at 10 PM. Elsewhere, CBS' Thursday night lineup celebrates season finales as well (that's Rules of Engagement, Person of Interest and The Mentalist), along with NBC, who's showing the Season 6 finale of 30 Rock and three whole new episodes as a Community Season 3 send-off. Set DVRs to stun.
