In the always tear-jerking season finale, we get to see the final transformation of Jeremy, Conda and Kim after 15 weeks of shedding pounds they'll likely gain back after they go back home. Along with that, the person who lost the biggest percentage of weight will win $250,000 to buy gym equipment and things like that. Everyone else will get the at-home consolation prize of $100,000... minus Mark and Buddy who aren't even eligible for that since they quit the competition.
