Tonight is the series premiere of Arrow, a new drama based on the comic book hero Green Arrow, previously seen in notably different form on Smallville Adding to the archery trend, Arrow is the alter ego of Oliver Queen, a rich playboy who comes back from being stranded on an island for 5 years with some impressive skills and people to hunt down. He also comes back in impressive shape, thanks to the beautiful perfectly cast Stephen Amell. The pilot episode is exciting, provides all the necessary background information without losing steam and sets up the show to be one of the season's best dramas. But that doesn't really matter because have you seen him?

The series premiere of Arrow is on tonight at 8 PM on The CW. Also on tonight are the series premieres of Nashville on ABC and Chicago Fire on NBC, both at 10 PM.
