Tonight is the series finale of iCarly because Miranda Cosgrove decided she has to go to college -- stupid education! But iCarly has had a good run. Not every kids' show lasts for seven seasons and gets guest stars like Emma Stone, Tina Fey and the First Lady. The one-hour episode will finally let viewers meet Carly and Spencer's dad, who perhaps can give an explanation as to why Spencer is the way he is. What really should be settled is who's actually watching the iCarly within iCarly. As entertaining as the Nickelodeon show can be, the fictional webshow seems nothing short of absurd.

The one-hour series finale of iCarly is on tonight at 8 PM on Nickelodeon. Also on tonight is the one-hour special Trapped in the Closet: Part Three at 9 PM on IFC.
