If that was indeed the case, CBS's new reality series The Job should remedy that pretty easily. As we'll see in tonight's episode, this show pits five hopeful candidates vying for an assistant manager position with the Palm Restaurant Group. Is it a bit exploitative of desperate people during difficult economic times? Probably. Will it make an excellent Friday night double feature with Shark Tank? You bet.

The Job series premiere airs tonight at 8 PM on CBS, opposite the two-hour Season 2 premiere of Touch on Fox. There's also the series premiere of Something Borrowed, Something New on TLC at 10 PM and The Jenny McCarthy Show on VH1 at 10:30 PM.
