Given the twists and turns that Defiance has taken, and the fact that last week's penultimate episode was setting up for something big, we've got high hopes that this show will end its debut season with a big bang.

This SyFy channel show hasn't been exactly perfect in its first season, but we applaud the return of a heavily sci-fi weekly series on our TV screens, and we've become intrigued by this cast of characters and all of the fighting between the multiple races that are forced to co-exist in this one messed-up town. But given the tumultuous nature of this show, we've got a feeling that not everyone is going to survive this big finale in one piece and we're curious to see who will be around when the dust settles.
