Ever have a bad experience at a restaurant or retail store and think to yourself (or mutter out loud), "I could run this place better!"? Well, now is your chance, Mr. Know-It-All! OWN has created a reality show in which everyday customers give their input to CEOs about how they could improve their businesses.
Each episode will allow two unsuspecting customers to work alongside corporate hotshots and see actual changes made when they come up with ideas, which are judged by focus groups. The winner gets a cash prize, bragging rights, and presumably, lifetime supplies of whatever idea they've come up with.
Throw your customer complaint card away and watch The Customer is Always Right at 10 PM ET on OWN. But, before that you can shout instructions at the Baltimore Ravens and the Denver Broncos for Sunday Night Football (yes, on Thursday) at 8:30 PM ET on NBC and later howl at Wilfred during its Season 3 finale on FX at 10 PM ET.
