Y'all, Justified is ending tonight. I know there's going to be a fourth season and everything, but I hate not checking in on the Oxy-lovin' Harlan county folk every week.
Does this hat make me look bad-ass?
Timothy Olyphant's second-most-written-about cowboy show premieres tonight, and in classic FX fashion, it is bloody, gory, gritty fun. Olyphant plays a Kentucky marshall who talks straight and shoots to kill in a small town full of white supremacists, psychotic dentists, con men and all manner of hooligans. It's just genre enough to be familiar without relying on as many cliches as my previous two sentences make it sound, and it's really a joy to watch.
It's officially May, and kicking off the month's season finale marathon is Justified, which ends its spectacular second season tonight. Just makes you want to whip up a batch of apple pie and throw a whoopty-do in the backyard in celebration, doesn't it?
