Hope Bora Bora's not Boring Boring... Look, there's been 22 seasons of this thing, there are only so many times a person can get excited about a new installment.
The multiple-Emmy-winning The Amazing Race is back tonight. And if there was evidence that the Television Academy actually understood reality TV, that distinction might actually be impressive.
In the week of reality shows that won't die, a new season of The Amazing Race premieres tonight.
This season, Phil and the gang have been to Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malawi, Denmark, Belgium and Panama. And tonight, one of the three teams left will earn $1 million as the winners of The Amazing Race season 19... in Atlanta.
So this show is on. Given that it's produced by Mark Burnett Productions, and they've been showing some very pretty scenic views and wildlife on Survivor for the past hundred years or so, this will probably look lovely... regardless of your political views. I personally am not sure I care exactly how Sarah Palin spends her time in the north, but if that's your cup of tea, here you go. And maybe there will be whales or polar bears.
