So... have you heard? Twilight has already made it to #6 on the all-time list of pre-sale movie tickets at Fandango. And they've got, what, 10 or 11 hours to move past #5 (Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End)? I admit that I haven't read the books. In fact, I hadn't seen the trailer until today, and if I hadn't already gleaned the premise from the eleventy million media stories about the series, I would have thought the movie was about a stalker with super powers and pale skin. So, suffice it to say that I am NOT a holder of a pre-sale ticket to the midnight showing of the film, and I probably will only catch the flick when it hits HBO. So, if all you Twilight fans want to make up for my non-ticket-having and are in the mood to spend some bank and set some records, you've got a little over 10 hours. You may want to buy a ticket for Ben Affleck and Winona Ryder, too; I don't think they're going.
