It's official -- Rachelle Lefevre is out as Victoria in the third Twilight movie, Eclipse, and Bryce Dallas Howard (Terminator Salvation, The Village) is in. Supposedly, it's due to a "scheduling conflict," but could it simply be that the producers wanted a better, more famous actress in the role? They're not alone. We think that a lot of actors in the cast could stand to be upgraded, so we went through and re-cast the entire thing in our Re-Casting Wish List. Click the link, and tell us you don't think that would be a better movie.

Well my respect for Bryce Dalllas Howard just dropped. Why the hell would she degrade herself by appearing in the Twilight Saga, which, let's face it, is for actors starting out, not those who already have lucrative careers.
Pattinson and Stewart were so bad that the movie became unintentionally hilarious. I really think they both attended the Joey Tribbiani school of acting.
Separate from my regard or disregard of Twilight: I hate that they got rid of a relative unknown to cast an actress whose only big (and completely overhyped) role was in Spiderman 3 - and in which she sucked. She shouldn't get a role just because she's Ron Howard's daughter. Give Lefevre back her part, and fire all these asinine casting directors - they were willing to recast Taylor Lautner for not being bulky enough!
I liked most of the cast the way it was. I think Dallas might be good in that part, but be a better vampire ? I think Lefevre did a good job in her role. Dallas I hope is not getting the part just because she is Ron's daughter, that's bull. I thought Taylor's role could have been better, I will have to see how he is in the next movie. I truly hope the chemistry between Bella and Edward doesn't change because of there personal lives. That would suck, and if they change actors for their roles, it will never be as good as they were in Twilight. These are the things that make me lose interest in sequals, you have to keep the original actors as much as possible or it isn't as good.
I think it is unfortunate about Lafevre but changing the main cast would be a great mistake! Rob and Kristen are perfect for the roles they play no one could do it better. And Taylor is perfect for his role. Twight is a great movie and gives the world wonderful dream that we wish we all had! I think buy the turnout it speaks volumes about what people like!Leave the cast alone! If you change them it would ruin Twilight!
This casting "wish list" is obviously a joke, or the depressing attempt by someone really, really dissatisfied with their life to get a bunch of tweens in a tizzy. I got a good chuckle at your choices for a new Edward and Bella, laughed at loud at the idea of Jay Hernandez trying to play a 17-year-old Native American, and spit coffee across my keyboard at the idea of ANYONE but Billy Burke playing Charlie (Enrico Colantoni? are you INSANE???) Twilight was written for young adults. Real grown-ups who spend their time writing asinine articles ridiculing it are obviously far less mature than Stephenie Meyer's intended audience. Maybe you should concentrate more on recasting the latest Hannah Montana movie. That seems to be more along your levels of maturity.
Ok look, leave the cast alone. That's how you mess up movies that have sequels. Leave the cast and directors the same for all of them. These actors are perfect for these parts as they were written in the books. It is a great movie and even better read!!!
The only person worth re-casting only because they don't fit their description is Nikki Reed. I would have picked Rachel Nichols before Evan but she's not a bad alternative. as an actress Nikki is fine but why pick a natural olive skinned brunette to play a porcelain skinned blond? Doesn't make sense...
Just leave the darn cast alone!! nobody will even want to watch eclipse and breaking dawn if u change the cast. they are all perfect for the role they play. and besides, jacob's hot as taylor launter.
