Disney's Christmas Carol (4-Disc Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD Combo)
Jim Carrey puts his penchant for voices and physical transformation to good use as he plays Ebenezer Scrooge and all four ghosts in this animated adaptation of the Dickens classic. Making-of docs will explain how his breathy, candle-headed Ghost of Christmas Past was designed to give you the creeps, and the 3-D version will allow you to relive his stomach-twisting 3-D tour of the London rooftops. Nausea has never looked so good!

Avatar (3-Disc Extended Collector's Edition)
Hopefully, you were able to restrain yourself when they put out the bare-bones version of this DVD a few months back, knowing that a more deluxe edition was on the way. If you didn't, please don't re-gift your crummy copy to less savvy Avatar enthusiasts -- give it to a school, or a library, so that they might better teach children about the indigenous peoples of Pandora, and also about the unnecessary Hometree clear-cutting happening there. No need to give them the collector's edition, with 45 minutes of deleted scenes, a making-of doc and three different cuts of the film, including the new extended cut with 16 more minutes and a sex scene -- let their parents teach them about that stuff.

The Last Airbender
All you fans of the animated series who've been dying to see what a live-action version of the cartoon looks like -- keep wondering. You're better off.
