Only 353 days until Breaking Dawn! Squeeeee!

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2-Disc Special Edition)
With the release of this new, highly special Twilight DVD (and really, is there any other kind?), we are officially one step closer to the unleashing of the hard-core vampire porno film that will be called The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Although, really, is it anything we haven't already seen on Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Minus the full-body bruising? Regardless, this set includes the ability to skip ahead to only the Edward scenes, or only Jacob's. Is that a first? It might be. (Also available Movies on Demand, starting Dec. 4)

Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 (4-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo)
It's two, two, TWO Fantasias in one! The classic, with Mickey as a wizard, Satan summoning spirits, dancing hippos and centaurs aplenty, and the new one, with a wood nymph, flamingos with yo-yos, some humpback whales and Donald on Noah's Ark. Plus, Blu-ray owners get "Destino," the short inspired by Walt's work with Salvador Dali. Not included? Drugs.

The Sorceror's Apprentice (3-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo)
For what it is -- a Mickey Mouse cartoon magically translated into a Jay Baruchel comedy -- this movie is kind of awesomely fun. With a low-key, occasionally humorous performance by Nicolas Cage, always-solid work by Alfred Molina and a scene-stealing performance by Toby Kebbell as a David Blaine clone, the weakest part of the film is when they pay homage to the 'toon with a magical mop sequence. It's a good thing Mickey himself doesn't appear, or the believability of this movie about wizards would have gone out the window.

Going the Distance
Drew Barrymore and Justin Long attempt to keep themselves interested, and us as well. (Also available via Movies on Demand.)

Waking Sleeping Beauty
Ever wonder what was going through the Disney animation department's mind as they prepared to revitalize their division in the mid-1980s and return to the greatness of days of old? Well, wonder no longer. On other DVDs due out today, you can find out the tumultuous history of The Boys, a.k.a. the Sherman Brothers, who wrote "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" among other songs, and about Walt and El Grupo, the team of animators who went on a goodwill mission to Central America in 1941.

Vampires Suck
While you're picking up Eclipse, why not pick up the movie that makes fun of Twilight? Guaranteed to be almost as funny as the real thing.

Knight and Day (2-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo)
Take one cup Tom Cruise. Add one cup Cameron Diaz. Add no cups of chemistry. Shake a bit, then see something else. (Extended cut available exclusively via Movies on Demand.)

Also Out This Week: Valhalla Rising, The Special Relationship, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Cairo Time.

It's disgusting that you're comparing Twilight to Buffy...
