Just in case you're not reading our DVDs Unwrapped blog, we thought we'd clue you in on the latest DVDs we've gotten the chance to review. They're not all the greatest movies, but some of the extras actually make the DVD worth renting. (Note: If you're looking for Blu-ray reviews, go to a Website with deeper pockets. What are we, made out of money?)
Iron Man - One of the greatest superhero movies of all time gets a pretty dang spiffy DVD. If Iron Man had a DVD player in his suit, he'd totally watch this on those long flights to the Middle East.
Sex and the City - They're back, they're in black, they have a commentary track.
Sports Night: 10th Anniversary Edition -- The show that launched a thousand television stars (well, Peter Krause and Felicity Huffman, anyway) gets the extras it deserves in this complete-series set.
Run Fatboy Run -- Simon Pegg and Dylan Moran in a comedy? Sounds gr -- oh, it's a romantic comedy. Shaun of the Dead this isn't, but at least the DVD is Schwim-tastic.
The Foot Fist Way -- Before Danny McBride got parts in Hot Rod, Pineapple Express and Tropic Thunder, he played a Southern martial arts instructor with lady problems and an ego the size of Arkansas.
The Love Guru -- That's right, they released The Love Guru on DVD. Numerous featurettes and extras make the movie much less painful than you remember.
Mother of Tears -- Dario Argento covers his daughter in blood. Again.
Speed Racer - The underappreciated feast for the eyes has few extras, but what's there is pretty comprehensive.
