I Want My DVD: Tuesday, December 21, 2010

If The Tourist had been half as bad-ass as the other Jolie actioner Salt, it would have been a much, much better movie.

Salt (Deluxe Unrated Edition)
In addition to the regular commentary on this pretty kick-ass action film, there's also an unrated commentary, which we certainly hope is full of dick jokes, and an unrated extended commentary, which we hope is full of overly lengthy dick jokes. (The jokes being the items that are too long, of course.) There are also a few different making-of documentaries, although no sneak peek at the highly anticipated sequel, Pepa. (Will be available via Movies on Demand on January 4.)

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps
But I did, during the film's lengthy discussions of nuclear fusion. (Also available via Movies on Demand.)

Easy A
Not only do you get a commentary track and a gag reel with this teen pretend-sex comedy, you also get Emma Stone's audition tape, which I can only imagine includes her jumping up and down on the casting couch making orgasmic squeals. (Also available via Movies on Demand.)

Step Up 3D (3-Disc Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack)
If you're not buying the 3-D version, then you're only getting Step Up 3, without the "D." You will be the ridicule of your friends. But seriously, the basic Blu-ray is the one with the montage of alternate dance footage, eight music videos, eight deleted scenes and a documentary, so it's your call how in-your-face you want the movie's phat dance moves to be.

Devil
Five people are trapped in an elevator, and one of them is secretly M. Night Shyamalan in disguise. Will the five take the time to determine which among them is the disgraced director who produced this film, or will they kill everyone just to be safe? (Also available via Movies on Demand.)

Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus
What, no Criterion Edition? Nobody tell Jaleel White.

Also Out This Week: Stonehenge Apocalypse (with Misha Collins!), The Horde (with zombies!), The Heavy (with Vinnie Jones!), Cyborg 3 (without Angelina Jolie! Do not be fooled!).
