The kid's initial description of his first "visit," which he uses to entice his friends to go for the weekend with him, includes the phrases "tried smoking a tampon," "wet my brother's bed," "found a tattoo on my lower back of a unicorn," and "best weekend of my life." If that's what qualifies as your best weekend ever, this actually might be the movie for you. I think it's actually geared at high-school kids who still believe college is actually all that different from high school. You know, the people who believe it's a place where losers are no longer losers, and where the most beautiful girls want nothing more than to hook up with a scrawny (or overweight) idiot freshman. So, not exactly an award-winner, and probably not even that likely to make you laugh. It's the poor man's Apatow film, and I think even the poor man is perfectly okay with the actual Apatow movies.
