Jaclyn is up first for her critique. The shot is great, and ALT loves the '80s vibe with the big hair and disco look. Rachel says that she would never guess that Jaclyn's baby voice would come out of the girl in the photo, because it's so strong. Tyra implies that Jaclyn is doing something freaky-deaky with her hidden hand in the photo. Jaclyn, who I'm sure was a beneficiary of abstinence-only education, has no idea what she's talking about. Mikaela is next, and Rachel Zoe loves her shoes. That's gotta feel good. Her photo, however, does not get such unanimous praise. ALT says that it's flat, and her hand does not evoke power. However, Nigel loves that she's seducing the viewer. Tyra tells Mikaela that she needs to put tension in her body. Once in a while she does it, but mostly she looks like a limp noodle. Tyra tells her to grab on to the handlebars of fierceness and not let go.

Molly is next, and Tyra promises that if she makes it another week, she'll get a weave reprieve. And if she gets eliminated she's going to have to live with that shit on her head? Cruel and unusual. In Molly's best shot, she looks totally cross-eyed. Nigel says that she misses the fashion, and that he doesn't really get it. Rachel notes that her hand is bigger than her face, which is not pretty anywhere, at any time. Tyra says that Molly wasn't present in her photos. She may have a bad weave, but Tyra knows from bad weaves and doesn't see it as an excuse. Monique pulls off her photo, but ALT notes that she lucked out with the cat, who is doing an insane and awesome yawn-roar. Tyra loves it, and says that Monique is not being outstaged by Tony the Jaguar.

Kasia's photo looks '80s as well, in a good way. Rachel thinks that it works. Tyra likes that Kasia is a fiercely real girl who is giving editorial energy. Mr. Jay said that Kasia was the most uncoordinated and tentative of the day, and Kasia explains her pets/allergy issues to the panel. Tyra tells her that she lucked out. Dalya is next, and Nigel tells her that he can almost see tears in her eyes in her photo. She looks like she was at a point of desperation. ALT thinks that Dalya could have been extraordinary if she had opened her mouth and roared. Dalya gets the shaky voice again as she explains that she didn't know what to do with the animal. She adds that she wanted to give the panel a very powerful picture. Tyra tells her that this is her mistake. She should want to give HERSELF a very powerful picture. She adds that Dalya's bone structure wears her, so she can't just stand there and hope for the best.
