The girls head home after panel to find Tyra awaiting them to talk about modeling archetypes and dealing with fans. First, Tyra breaks some famous models into categories such as sex bomb, girl next door, edgy and couture, and then the remaining contestants categorize themselves. Kasia and Mikaela are couture bombshells, Jaclyn is the girl next door, Monique is a bombshell, Alexandria is an edgy bombshell, and Brittani is couture. Molly is a weave of the damned bombshell. Tyra then talks to the girl about fame, and how close they plan to let their public get to them. She talks about the importance of boundaries -- like not letting people take pictures of you while you're eating! -- and then has the girls practice their autographs. Tyra also talks about how to develop thick skin so your feelings don't get too hurt when you read recaps. The world throws roses and darts. And every rose has its dart. Or something.
Molly gets her weave out, and then the girls head to their challenge -- a "meet the cast" thing where people on the street can talk to the models and get autographed pictures. Monique is a total bitchface the whole time, and when a creepy guy approaches her and asks for a kiss, she sends him to Alexandria. She kisses him on the cheek, which Miss J. tells her is a big no-no unless you enjoy having stalkers. Chatty Kasia wins the challenge, and she picks Jaclyn and Brittani to accompany her on a private fancy dinner with Miss J. The non-winners have to stick around and clean up the mess left by the fans. Monique is a total bitch about that, too. Back at the house, she notes that she's on edge and might be heading toward a nervous breakdown
For the photo shoot this week, the girls are covered in mud and must pose artistically in groups of four -- blondes versus brunettes. In the blonde group, Molly and Hannah own the shot while Alexandria and Kasia aren't connecting, according to Mr. Jay. Furthermore, Alexandria starts to direct a little bit again, and when Miss J. calls her on it she freaks out that he might mention it to panel. When will she learn to just keep her trap closed for like ten minutes? In the brunette group, Brittani looks so fab that the photographer takes an individual shot of her. Mikaela has some hits and some misses, and continues to fall prey to dead eyes.
Sonia Dara is the guest judge at panel, where the brunette photo is deemed more couture and the blonde more commercial. Brittani gets the best photo of the week, despite looking like an amputee. ALT finally tells Alexandria that her bonnet with the big bow on it is ridiculous. When a man who wears a makeup brush on his hat is insulting your choice of chapeaus, you have a real problem. Monique and Mikaela wind up in the bottom two, and Tyra really tries to make "handlebars of fierceness" catch on as she lectures them. She seems to think that Mikaela has a better chance of grabbing them, and so it is Monique who is sent home.

Previously on ANTM: The girls had to film a spot for Cover Girl, and Alexandria's diva behavior rankled her teammates. Monique was having none of it, and everyone else agreed that, like the Snow and Heat Misers, Alexandria was too much. Hannah looked fierce while posing with a baby jaguar, while Dalya did not heed the call of the wild and was sent home. Eight bitches remain!
The girls walk into the house after elimination. There is no time to celebrate Hannah's best-of-week photo displayed as digital art, because Tyra is there! Hannah says this is a great surprise, since they haven't had much face-to-face time with Tyra except at panel. Such a hands-on mentor, that one. Everyone sits down as instructed with a pad of paper and pen. Molly is visibly upset, and Tyra asks how she's doing. Molly starts to cry. Her weave is pissing her off and she needs to eat and, I may add, she might very well be sick of the psychological torture this show inflicts. Anyway, she's having a meltdown. Tyra crosses her arms and says, "Over a weave and some food?" Well, when you put it that way. Molly says she has a rash on the back of her neck and her head wrap is too tight and she's having a bad day. She was also in the bottom two at panel, which can't be helping things. Kasia tells us that Molly complains too much, and should just be grateful to be in this whack situation and have the opportunity to be mocked by the collective Interwebs. Tyra tells Molly that weaves just do that, and it's part of the beauty-pain thing. She says, "We're going to suck it up, right?" like the preschool teacher that, by rights, she should be, and tells Molly that the weave will be removed.
With that, it's time for Tyra's session with the girls. She says that as different as they are, they all have an archetype and a certain section of the industry that they fit in. All of the archetypes -- even the fiercely real and "athletic" ones - can still be high fashion. Tyra has set up a series of photos of famous models, so that the girls can talk about the archetypes of each. Gisele is up first, and her archetype is "bombshell," which is the archetype in which you are featured in the Victoria's Secret catalogue. Coco Rocha is next, and she's the fresh-faced all-American girl next door. Agyness Deyn is edgy, as evidenced by all the superfluous letters in her name and the fact that she's sometimes a DJ. Then there's Sessilee Lopez, who is a super high-fashion couture model.
